To be eligible for a full refund, you must submit your refund request within 30 calendar days from your initial payment date.
Refund requests can only be processed if you have not yet completed the course and your completion certificate has not been generated or issued.
2. Situations Ineligible for a Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
Course Completion: Once you have fully completed the 6-hour online course and your official completion certificate has been generated or issued, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Expiration: Per DMV guidelines, you have up to 30 days to complete the course from the registration date. If you fail to complete the course within this 30-day window and your course track expires, no refunds will be issued for the expired account.
Past the 30-Day Window: Any refund requests submitted 31 days or more after the initial purchase date will be automatically declined.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing and Bank Timelines
Once your refund request is received and verified against your course completion status, we will process it immediately.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, etc.).
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
